Cayenne pepper for Weight Loss Who knew!

Dear Daughters,

Are you looking for a natural herb to help you in your weight loss journey?

If so, you have to test Cayenne pepper. This natural herb has many potential health benefits, including weight loss and boosted metabolism.

Frankly, the main element, Capsaicin, is responsible for reducing obesity. Although this ingredient is found in other peppers, Cayenne pepper has more capsaicin in this pepper, shown to reduce weight.

The thermogenic chemical – capsaicin also has these advantages:

  • Improved digestion
  • Low appetite
  • Fat reduction
  • Reduced insulin
  • Relieves inflammation

In addition, this red pepper can bind the neuroreceptors – promoting calcium influx. The perks of this influx include increased antioxidants and decreased inflammation.

The capsaicin present in Cayenne pepper flushes out toxins and boosts immunity. Interestingly enough, research found that those who had Cayenne pepper in every meal felt full even though they were eating less. This red pepper prevents overeating and encourages lipid oxidation.

Consuming Cayenne pepper regularly along with daily workouts might change your figure in a short time. A word of caution, the spicy red pepper has been known to raise your body temperature, as you may feel the heat in your body while consuming this.

To prevent our body temperature from rising too high, our body burns calories. Hence, the chemical properties inside Cayenne pepper.

For those who cannot tolerate the burning sensation, you can purchase cayenne capsules,  are easily available in the market or online.

One of the best ways to use Cayenne pepper is for a Master Cleanse.

To prepare this recipe, you’ll need:

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Two tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Two tablespoons of lemon
  • 8oz. Glass of water

I drink this 6 times a day for 1 week. Using this as my meal replacements for a total cleanse. You can drink more or less. It depends on your tolerance.

Other ways to benefit from Cayenne pepper is in a smoothie.

Below I’ll share my favorite Veggie and Fruit smoothie recipes.

Smoothies can provide an abundance of nutrients, resulting in quick weight loss. Cayenne pepper not only induces weight loss, but also is advantageous to health.

Recent studies show positive development in people with diabetes who take cayenne pepper as supplements daily.

Cayenne pepper has also shown to help with:
  • Blood pressure control
  • Cancer prevention,
  • Heart disease prevention,
  • And stroke prevention.

Apart from that, it helps prevent blood clots, headaches and flu. Anyone who recently had surgery or ulcers should avoid cayenne pepper.

Pregnant women should consult their OB before using.  Stop using it if you have an allergic reaction, inflammation or other difficulties, and seek advice from a doctor.

So daughters, let me know if you think you’ll test Cayenne pepper in any of the ways I shared. Have you attempted (Cayenne pepper master cleanse) before? If so, please share and leave a comment.

As Always,

Love Mom
