Adding it with apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is a natural laxative that helps individuals lose weight by aiding in hunger control. As a detox diet, it controls your appetite. Apple cider can help you lose weight on its own. It contains acetic acid, which, according to certain research, increases the amount of specific enzymes, speeding up the fat-burning process.

How much to drink?

Because no scientific studies have been done to determine the right amount of baking soda and apple cider vinegar to drink for weight loss, some recommendations are drinking the cocktail for five days in a row with the next two days off.

The most crucial piece of advice is to not overdo it. Too much acidity in your body can have disastrous consequences and jeopardize your health.

How to make?

The drink is made using 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 120 milliliters of water. Allow the soda and apple cider vinegar to sit for a few minutes before adding the water.

Because the flavor is harsh and unpleasant, prepare to drink a glass of water afterwards.
